Established in 2012, we are a modern practice, with over 25 years multi disciplinary experience within the construction and surveying industry
We are a local firm with strong links to the Redhill & Reigate area, but our services cover the Northern and Southern home counties as well as London and beyond.
We are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and are proud members of The Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (MCABE C.Build E) and Associate Members of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS), as well as the Pyramus & Thisbe Club and the Residential Property Surveyors Association.

We are an independent business and therefore offer truly independent advice without any influencing factors, we do not pay referral fees or have ties with agents etc.

Biography
Meet our staff
Redstone started out back in 2012 after our CEO Simon moved from the world of main contracting where he began in 1997, having been involved in various roles in the construction industry.
Simon holds a degree qualification in design and construction management, but due to the roles that he has been involved with throughout his career, has a very broad understanding of construction, including design, which has given him a great deal of technical knowledge and a detailed understanding of construction issues.
Simon is a Chartered Construction Manager with the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), a Chartered Building Engineer with the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (CABE), and is an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS).
He is married with two children and in his spare time he volunteers as a Scout Leader, enjoys cycling, walking, and paddleboarding.
Jackie joined the Redstone team in 2020 and undertakes the role of Office Manager, Jackie undertakes our office administration on a part time basis and is instrumental in ensuring that the office runs smoothly and that all of our clients are kept updated and informed throughout our engagement.
Jackie is married and has three children and as well as spending family time with them, she enjoys running and is part of a local running club.
